Patient partnership group
Would you like to work with our team in developing the practice? We need your interesting and innovative ideas and your support. We would like to invite patients aged 16 or over to work with us in helping to develop our practice as part of our patient partnership.
Our Patient Reference Group meets every 12 weeks to discuss the development of our practices and the services that we provide. If you would like to become a member of our Patient Group please ask at Reception or contact the practice on 01782 281806.
Patient focus groups
Our patient focus groups are small groups of service users who meet with the practice to discuss the services we provide with the aim of improving patient care. If you are a patient with a long term condition, we would like to invite you to take part in a focus group that will look at improving services for those with your condition.
Your involvement in a focus group will require completion of a small number of questionnaires throughout the year. To make this as convenient as possible we hope to run this process largely through an email service. Following the response to the questionnaires, you may be invited to take part in occasional meetings with other patient representatives where services can be discussed in greater detail.
