Reception Opening Hours

Monday-Friday  8.15am-6.00pm (closed Tuesdays 12.00pm-2.00pm for staff training).

Please be aware that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic response, reception opening hours may vary. Current opening hours will be displayed at the Moss Green entrance. Reception facilities are also available from the Moorcroft Medical Centre site.

Facilities

All clinical services can be access on ground level and there are no steps or steep gradients directly outside the building. There are reserved parking spaces directly outside the entrance and automatic doors into the building to allow easy access. Accessible toilet facilities are available on site.

A loop system is installed at the reception desk. We offer a portable loop system for use in consulting rooms (limited availability) Please ask at reception if you need to use this.

A braille translation service can be accessed upon behalf of our patients.

The RNID Typetalk service is available at the practice.
